Afternoon Snack (traditional) Bakwan Jagung

Always been Indonesian favorite afternoon snack, “Bakwan Jagung” or maybe you can say corn pancake, very easy to make.

Flour  (250 gr)

Corn (peel it from 2 block of corn)

Onion leafs (3 or 4 sticks as you like)

White pepper (one little spoon fresh pepper ground it)

Salt (1 teaspoon)

Masako chicken powder (1 sachet – if you like)

Just mixed it all with warm water, and fried it immediately using coconut oil.

If you don’t use chicken powder, add more salt to it, and you can add garlic powder too.

Enjoy this snack with hot sweet tea, some people also like to eat it with fresh green chili.
